NPM-GP/L Next-Generation Printer New

NM-EJM8D

Product details

The NPM-GP/L is the newest screen printer added to the NPM-G Series that optimizes Overall Equipment Effectiveness and enhances overall line performance.

It automatically retrieves on-mask soldering after printing and transfers the solder to the mask for the next model. It can also monitor solder paste in real time via the APC-5M function to optimize timing of maintenance and environmental conditions. The NPM-G Series can immediately respond to customer supply and demand changes through continuous, autonomous updates and make autonomous factories a reality.

Key features

  • Printing cycle time of 12 seconds
  • Repeated positioning accuracy of ±3.8 μm
  • Model changeover and solder transfer and supply automation reduce production time and machine downtime
  • Incorporates unit cleaning for each cycle and optimized maintenance timing
