Next-gen optics is a set of technologies we are using to change the driving experience. Another area generating considerable excitement lies in the ability of devices to communicate with each other and ultimately respond to real world events as they occur. Imagine transportation systems that autonomously predict and adapt to risks on the road, and cars and highways that continuously exchange information to keep traffic flowing. We are making important contributions to that future through Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and in advanced sensors.
