PANASONIC AND LIFE TIME – THE HEALTHY WAY OF LIFE COMPANY ANNOUNCE MULTI-YEAR RELATIONSHIP
Agreement Includes In-Club Showrooming at Select Life Time Destinations Nationwide and Life Time Athletic Event Sponsorships and Activation
January 5, 2015 (Las Vegas, NV) – Panasonic and Life Time – The Healthy Way of Life Company (NYSE: LTM) announced today a three-year relationship that includes both in-club and external event activation during a press event at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES).
The key components of the partnership include on-site showrooming and retail initiatives at select Life Time destinations across the U.S.; sponsorship of more than 30 Life Time athletic events across the country; and the exploration of additional opportunities between Panasonic’s service and business to business divisions and Life Time.
Life Time members will have exclusive access to a variety of Panasonic consumer products for trial and purchase including beauty, men’s grooming, adventure (rugged cameras and headphones) and home entertainment products.
Panasonic products will be integrated into various areas of Life Time destinations including Panasonic Beauty hairstyling tools within LifeSpas and the creation of the LifeLounge powered by Panasonic – where members can experience Panasonic products including high-end massage chairs, 4K Ultra HD TVs and Panasonic audio products including a range of headphones. Panasonic will also hold special demonstration events for members throughout the year including A500 4K Wearable Camcorder demos at select Life Time center rock climbing walls.

Beyond the in-club component, the relationship also includes a three-year sponsorship of more than 30 Life Time events throughout the U.S. including title sponsorship of the New York City Triathlon, official series sponsor of the Life Time Tri Series and an official series sponsor of the Life Time Esprit de She race series. In addition, Panasonic will have product kiosks at Life Time events including Esprit de She through the title sponsorship of the LifeSpa Beauty Bar where attendees can get blow outs using Panasonic’s Nano-e Hair Dryer, as well as lending bars at select events where participants can borrow Panasonic’s rugged A500 4K Wearable Camcorder during his/her race.
