One year since the groundbreaking at our newest EV facility, the site hardly looks the same. From moving 5 million cubic yards of dirt to having roughly 30% of the steelwork complete, a building is starting to take form.

This spring, we celebrated “going vertical” on the site of our new EV battery facility! On April 26, workers at our De Soto, Kansas, site erected the new facility’s first steel beam, marking a major milestone achievement for the biggest economic development project in Kansas history.
