2023 TOUGHBOOK Partner Conference

Attire and Travel Information:

Climate: The average temperature in Tucson during October is high 80s and low-mid 50s.

Attire: We encourage partner attendees to wear company logo shirts throughout the conference. Wednesday and Thursday night event attire is evening casual. Thursday meeting attire should be business casual. Examples of evening casual are dress pants, khaki, dark denim, dresses, button-up shirts, skirts, and neat shoes. Ties, jackets, or dress shoes are not required.

Don't forget to pack necessities, including medications.

Meals:

Panasonic Connect will provide meals throughout the conference.

Hotel Room:

All invited partners will be provided (1) hotel room for two-nights of accommodations at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa for the nights of October 25th and October 26th. Attendees are responsible for incidental charges. All attendees are eligible to extend their stay using the Panasonic Connect event rate for (3) days before and (3) days after the conference. To extend your stay, contact The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa. Room extension is subject to availability + $15 resort fee.

A room rate of $267.11, before taxes and fees, will apply to all extensions.

Air Travel:

Arrange your own airline reservations to arrive at The Tucson International Airport (TUS) on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. The dinner event begins at 6:30 PM. A Prime Partner-only meeting and reception will begin at 3:00 PM.

Book your departure flight for Friday, October 27, 2023. Please allow for airport transfer times.

Ground Transfers:

The Tucson International Airport (TUS) is approximately 17 miles from The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa. Attendee is responsible for transportation to and from the hotel location. We encourage attendees to use ride services such as Uber, Lyft, and taxis to avoid car rental/onsite parking fees.
