Las Vegas, NV (January 6, 2014) – Panasonic Corporation of North America (@PanasonicUSA) today announced that it will host the global interactive webcast LIVE @ CES for the third straight year during 2014 International CES.  This year LIVE @ CES will welcome a variety of guests and offer exclusive never-before-seen content and cover a range of topics, from business solutions to electronic technology in the home and on the road.  As an added bonus, Panasonic will offer a suite of prizes for fans who tweet in questions for on-screen talent and experts throughout each Google+ Hangout segment.   


 


For the first two days of the 2014 International CES, fans at home can truly feel as though they are at CES by visiting www.panasonic.com/CES, where they can view and interact with live streaming broadcasts direct from the show floor.  The broadcast will kick off with live coverage from Panasonic’s booth (#9806) at the Las Vegas Convention Center on the CES show floor on Tuesday, January 7 at 10:30 a.m. PT / 1:30 p.m. ET / 6:30 p.m. GMT, airing 30-minute Google+ Hangouts across two days with topics ranging from Music on Wheels and the Future of 4K to Hybrid Photography.  Viewers watching from home or on their mobile devices are invited to join the conversation and tweet in their questions to @PanasonicUSA using hashtag #PanasonicCES throughout the Google+ Hangout sessions.   One interactive participant from each segment will be entered to win Panasonic prizes including a 2014 VIERA HDTV and LUMIX GX7, among others.


 


LIVE @ CES will feature exclusive video content from YouTube sensations DevinSuperTramp (@devinsupertramp), HeyKayli (@Hey_Kayli) and KandeeJohnson (@kandeejohnson), featuring Panasonic products ranging from the company’s “tough” adventure products to hair tools and home appliances.


 


Panasonic is also pleased to welcome a variety of other high-profile guests throughout the two days including representatives from American Airlines, BMW Motors and Churchill Downs.  Due to its live nature, viewers can expect surprise guest stars.

Cali, the host of GeekBeat.TV and President of Livid Lobster, Inc, Geek Beat’s parent company, brings years of consumer tech expertise to LIVE @ CES, and is a pioneer in podcasting, racking up hundreds of millions of views in the past six years alone.  Jordan Burchette (@JordanBurchette), Managing Editor for RYOT News, will again return to the Panasonic LIVE @ CES program as a roving reporter, giving fans up-to-the-minute updates on the latest and greatest technology innovations at the 2014 International CES directly from the show floor.   Jordan has previously worked at Men’s Fitness, Maxim.com, ESPN.com, CNN.com, CBS Sports Network and brings his personality, knowledge and insightful commentary to LIVE @ CES.
