Panasonic to Showcase Intelligent Assembly Systems at the 2023 Assembly Show
New innovations for advanced manufacturing include the Panasonic Corded Electric Screwdriver System, AccuPulse® 4.0 Transducerized HT and AccuPulse® QP
Rosemont, IL - Panasonic, a leader in cordless assembly technology, will unveil its newest innovations today at the Assembly Show in Booth #1331 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL. The Panasonic corded Electric Screwdriver System is a series of four electric screwdrivers with brushless motors that collect and trace data for torque and fastening for improved quality control, and increase efficiency and accuracy on the assembly line. Its ergonomic design is user-friendly with push or lever start methods, and includes a LED verification lamp for error-proofing and optional wireless communication.
Key features of the Panasonic Electric Screwdriver System:
- Brushless motor with various functions to cater to different operational needs
- Push/lever start methods for increased efficiency and stress reduction
- 0.3- 4.4 Nm torque setting range at 650-1,800 rpm
- Data collection with optional wireless communication for traceability
- Additional management software tracks usage and maintenance for up to 80 tools
- Sequence control while multiple tools in use
- Equipped with a count function to deliver fastening accuracy and improved quality
- Soft start/soft snug function
The new Electric Screwdriver System will be joined in the booth by the AccuPulse® 4.0 Transducerized HT, the newest transducerized mechanical pulse tool to offer high torque and advanced technology to maintain accuracy and consistency, and AccuPulse QP, a line-up of cordless mechanical pulse tools that lowers noise to improve the working environment. Both new additions to Panasonic’s trusted and expansive AccuPulse line-up will be showcased during the show along with a new automation solution.
