Panasonic Announces Exclusive Partnership with Atmosphere Vortex

NEWARK, NJ - Panasonic, a leading provider of ventilation and healthy indoor living solutions to the building industry, today announced its exclusive partnership with Atmosphere Vortex to deliver its complete line of dryer venting and inline fans in the U.S. The new addition to Panasonic’s ventilation lineup furthers the company’s commitment to offering complete solutions for better indoor air quality.

For residential and light commercial applications, the suite of inline fans and dryer exhaust duct power ventilators will improve overall indoor air quality and allow for healthier indoor living. The new solutions are a cost-effective, code compliant, and flexible method for builders, contractors, specifiers, and engineers alike to infuse healthier air into their projects. Key solutions, which all include a 10-year warranty, include:

Dryer Exhaust Duct Power Ventilators:

• The DBF-DEDPV is a hard-wired, an all-in-one, UL705-rated product featuring an integrated lint trap and a pressure sensor to automatically sense when the dryer is on. Easy to maintain and install, the device reduces drying time and energy consumption and includes a 18Ga Galvanized steel housing to protect against rust.
• The VTX-DEDPV is a UL705-rated exhaust fan that includes an integrated pressure sensor and a wall-mounted indicator panel with 50 feet of cable. In the event of a problem, the LED panel will alert the homeowner of the nature of the problem to streamline maintenance.
   

Atmosphere Inline Fans:

• The VTX Series includes high performance inline duct blowers built for reliability and efficiency. A powerful motor combined with its aerodynamic design make Vortex Power fans a leader in its category. Available in 4”-12” duct diameters.
• The S Series of Mixed Flow Fans are designed for residential and light commercial ventilation applications. Compact, powerful, and quiet fans are available in 6”, 8”, and 10” duct diameters and are suited for supply or exhaust ventilation systems.
• The Destratification Fans create uniform air temperatures from floor to ceiling for maximum thermal comfort and energy savings up to 35% in the heating season and up to 25% in the cooling season. Fit for light commercial applications in facilities with ceilings from 15’ to 75’ high.
