Jessica Hodkinson Named General Counsel Panasonic Corporation of North America

Panasonic Corporation of North America is pleased to announce that Jessica Hodkinson has been appointed General Counsel and Secretary of Panasonic Corporation of North America, reporting to Tom Gebhardt, Chairman and CEO Panasonic Corporation of North America.

Jessica joined Panasonic in 2013 as Assistant General Counsel, then moved into the role of Chief Counsel – Litigation, Labor and Employment. She was promoted to Deputy General Counsel in April 2018, and was appointed interim General Counsel this summer. Prior to joining Panasonic, Jessica held in-house roles at Avaya, Inc., Pfizer, Inc., and American Standard Companies, Inc. She also spent several years at various law firms focused on commercial litigation. Along with her career accomplishments, Jessica is an active member of the New Jersey Association of Corporation Counsel, the New Jersey Women's Lawyers Association, and was recently on the Advisory Council of the National Association of Women and Minority Owned Law Firms.

As General Counsel and Secretary of Panasonic Corporation of North America, Jessica will lead and manage all aspects of the company's legal function including, compliance, litigation, labor and employment, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.
