Minimal moving parts and all-steel construction ensure durable, long life operation on the most demanding projects. Torque accuracy of +/-5% can be enhanced as the internal controller reduces power to the motor as the clutch begins to disengage. This reduces torque reaction and battery usage, allowing more fasteners per charge.

At 1.39 lbs. (including battery), this compact lightweight workhorse produces a maximum torque of 53 in. lbs. The 21-stage clutch adjusts torque from 2.7-35.4 in.-lbs. in approximately 1.7 in. lbs. increments. A two-speed selector switch offers two no-load variable speeds of 0-300 rpm in low and 0-900 rpm in high, and reverse for backing out fasteners quickly.

A built-in LED light illuminates the assembly area for faster, easier and accurate assembly. Ideal in tight and deep spaces, the convenient light increases visibility, improves screw and bit placement, and reduces cycle time for increased productivity. The auto shutoff timer turns light off when trigger is released for 5 minutes, conserving battery power.

Our same Li-ion technology that powers the most advanced electric cars also powers our cordless assembly tools. This 7.2V 1.5Ah tool can drive 1,900 M2.5 x ¼” screws into a metal sheet on a single battery charge. The EY9L20B battery can be charged to a usable level in 30 minutes or fully charged in 60 minutes using the EY0L20B charger. Two batteries and one charger are included in kit.
