Joe Conover has over 25 years of emerging technology and visual solutions leadership. He has vast experience within the Themed Immersive Entertainment and Media industries. Joe currently leads Panasonic’s Strategic Solution Development and Direct Partnership efforts in North America, primarily focused on large venue laser projection solutions. This group provides unique and innovative projection solutions for immersive experiences as well as global resources for partners who may require technical research & development, projection studies or post-installation show quality support.
Brian Allen is Executive Vice President of Technology and Content for Illuminarium Experiences. In this capacity, he oversees the creation and development of each experience’s unique themed content, while continuing to iterate on the state-of-the-art technological aspects of each venue.

Darryl Krall is a 20+ year Audio/Video, IT and Unified Communications professional. He is a National Sales Manager for Panasonic’s Professional Imaging & Visual Systems Division. Darryl also leads Panasonic’s Higher Education initiative to ensure Panasonic provides pertinent solutions to this important vertical market.
Dr. Anthony J. “Sonny” Magana III is an online learning pioneer. In 1995 Sonny created and served as principal of Washington State’s first Cyber School—which is still serving the needs of students. He is an Oxford Research Scholar, award-winning teacher, and best-selling author. Sonny’s latest book, Disruptive Classroom Technologies introduced the T3 Framework as a next generation learning model for a new era. Synthesized from four decades of pioneering research, the T3 strategies were shown to reliably accelerate learning productivity.
Dr. Josiah Way is the Director of Learning Environments at the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles, CA, and the 2019 AV Nation AV Professional of the Year. Joe hosts the Higher Ed AV podcast and is the co-founder of the Higher Education Technology Managers Alliance (HETMA.org), aimed at connecting the higher ed tech manager community and advocating for their common audiovisual needs. He is the author of the bestselling book, Producing Worship: A Theology of Church Technical Arts, and serves on the AVIXA Tech Managers and Diversity Councils. Joe is an Orange County, CA, native with over 25 years’ experience in education, technical production and the arts, and organizational leadership and management.
