  • Does this camera have an OLPF upgrade available?

Panasonic is offering an integrated Optical Low Pass Filter (OLPF) upgrade for this camera.  This upgrade addresses moiré, a huge challenge producers and creators are experiencing with ever-popular discrete LED walls.  Moiré is the noticeable contrast between the light of the image and the darkness of the gap between LEDs.  Our OLPF upgrade prevents the high frequency information from passing and smooths out the total surface area.  This process is done optically and requires a change to the existing lens in the camera.

We recommend contacting your local Panasonic Professional Video representative to request a trial of an OLPF-ready system to determine if it will be right for your production needs.

  • Is an extended warranty available for this product?

This product comes with the option to upgrade to Panasonic Pro Protection, a service program that offers enhanced service and support coverage for up to 5 years. This service must be purchased at the time of the product purchase and is only available through Authorized Panasonic Resellers in the United States.
